Sorry for the delay this time because I was in Beijing in the last |
2 |
weekend. Finally I can get down to write the report. |
3 |
|
4 |
Now 8414 ebuilds can be handled. The number is increasing again and it's |
5 |
not that hard to make progress this time because we have fixed the big |
6 |
issues in the parser grammar. However, running instruo is not that fast |
7 |
any more. It is because we can parse more eclasses so there are more |
8 |
things to handle. |
9 |
|
10 |
I did more than expected in the last week. Here is the list of what I |
11 |
have done in the last week: |
12 |
|
13 |
Fix code so that our instruo won't crash anymore(turns out to be a |
14 |
problem related to thread-safety) |
15 |
Get libtool.eclass fully parsed |
16 |
Get perl-module.eclass fully parsed |
17 |
Get distutils.eclass fully parsed |
18 |
Get java-utils-2.eclass fully parsed |
19 |
Get kde4-base.eclass fully parsed |
20 |
Get python.eclass parsed with one exception: double quoted |
21 |
arithmetic expansion |
22 |
|
23 |
The above eclasses included all the tasks for grammar improvements that |
24 |
I mentioned in the last weekly report. |
25 |
|
26 |
This week I will: |
27 |
|
28 |
Improve our build system to install something useful |
29 |
Improve our ebuild so that the library can be installed and used |
30 |
properly |
31 |
Review all the documentation |
32 |
Review all the code |
33 |
|

Best wishes, |
