[gentoo-soc] GSOC 2013: Live commit notification

Hi all

My name is Jiajun Wang. I am a senior undergraduate student major in Software Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. I have used Linux for three years and started using Gentoo two years ago.

I would like to work on the Live commit notification[1] this year. In short, the project aims to build a replacement for cia.vc and give us an easy way to monitor multiple repositories and send notifications to IRC.
