[gentoo-soc] Weekly Report: FUSEbox - FUSE porwerd sandbox project

Hi, I heard I have to send weekly report here, so I'm writing.

This week, I'm configuring CI on the GitHub. As my mentor recommended
TDD (Test Driven Development), I'm preparing for the CI environment.
I'm also reading library docs and sample code. Actually, it is not
difficult since the Linux kernel abstracts filesystem access. I will
try to write code (and test) and make simple software.
