Yes, with the exception that my idea was to start from the opposite |

end - instead of designing a way to describe projects and eventually |

get to using this to help packagers, start with already existing |

things like generally uniform file naming for releases (like |

package-[x].[y].[z][alpha|beta]-rc[q]) and use this to cut straight to |

the part that helps packagers (thereby not relying on much if any work |
| 9 |
from devs to participate), without the other goals of data exchange, |
| 10 |
etc. |
