[gentoo-soc] Summer of Code

Hello everyone, 

I am interested in working with Gentoo on a summer of code project (Distfile 
Fetcher Intelligence). As required, I checked out a repository (kde.git) and 
as a changed bumped the ebuild for the package kde-misc/ihatethecashew.
