7 Mentors are typically allocated while doing the projects evaluations.
8 So you should submit your proposal first. That's unless you can agree
9 with a mentor in advance. Typically that would be whoever suggested
10 the idea and/or is listed on our GSoC project ideas on the Gentoo
11 wiki. You can't however assume that person will mentor you though,
12 this is something you have to discuss with her/him first.
