6 2.6.5 is the first kernel that compiles for sparc64, and it
7 exhibits the same issue (I just tried starting from 2.6.1
8 and worked my way up).

10 For the sake of completeness, I also tested 2.6.7, and it
11 crashed in record time (17 minutes!)

13 So I'd offer that the "2.6.7 is fine" bit was just noise.
