The only part that I am concerned about is the clause about "Sponsor |

Members". I am not sure if I like the idea of a sponsor being able to |

buy themselves onto the board. Perhaps I am interpreting it wrong, but I |

can see this as something which could harm us down the line (conflicts |
24 |
of interest, etc). Would it be possible to remove this section and just |

leave membership at two classes? |
