Well, for really commercial purposes I don't think we should allow it before |
8 |
having consulted with Daniel, who currently runs the official shop. For |
9 |
non-profits or user groups I don't see many problems, but I would like to be |
10 |
able to approve on a case by case basis (also to ensure the non-commmercial |
11 |
nature). |

If the nature is semi-commercial I think we should also require a percentage |
14 |
of the price to flow back to the foundation (Yes, we need that bank account). |

For the "other logo" option, it depends for me. If it is a group that is |
17 |
clearly only about gentoo and non-profit, I wouldn't mind for the G to be |
18 |
quite prominent (for example a G with around it something like "Gentoo User |
19 |
Group The Netherlands"). |

|

In any case I think it is best that we know the price and contents of every |
22 |
produced t-shirt (or other similar item). |
