15 Somewhere in one of Daniel's posts/threads is a set of reasons
16 for c6. Off the top of my head the two big points are:

18 1. No donation limits (c3 has a limit, but is tax deductable)
19 2. Restrictable/Enforcable membership rules (c3 cannot)

21 A sub-entity for c3 might be of use. Commentary on that, [Redacted]
22 opinions on the directions we could look into, or a link to a
23 plain English explanation of the options would be nice.
