1 Been meaning to chime in on this.. just low on time right now.

3 I have over $100 from LWE we could bootstrap the BoA account with if we wanted
4 to go with Bank of America (I'm all for it).

6 As for the paperwork, #5 will be the tough one. We don't have the IRS
7 paperwork done yet (I'm dropping the ball on that right now, I need to get
8 some stuff to jhuebel), but on the other hand we can't very well get a
9 notorized letter around to all of the trustees (maybe a partial list?)
