Primeiramente remove esse MAKEOPTS="-5" pelo menos durante o stage 1 e 2
ao inves de usar -march tente usar -mtune
por que voce precisa usar multilib ???
se o problema continuar aparece no canal #gentoobr da freenode que
podemos ajudar
