[gentoo-user-de] wlan sitecom kann nicht scannen?

hallo

ich hab ein Problem mit meinem Sitecom WLan USB stick (WL-582 v001)

ein iwconfig zeigt:

wlan1     IEEE 802.11bgn  
          Mode:Managed  Access Point: Not-Associated   Tx-Power=0 dBm   
          Retry  long limit:7   RTS thr:off   Fragment thr:off
          Encryption key:off
          Power Management:on


nen iwspy zeigt:

wlan1     Interface doesn't support wireless statistic collection


lsusb zeigt:

wo stellt man den die Firmware ein?

ich hab mal den knetworkmanager genommen, doch da kommt das: 

KNetworkManager cannot start because the installation is misconfigured.
System DBUS policy does not allow it to provide user settings;
contact your system administrator or distribution.
KNetworkManager will not start automatically in future.


versteh das anscheinend nicht :-((

weiß jemand rat?
