Naja, dann mach ich mal, was da steht (ich hab's selber erst vor zwei Tagen 
bei mir eingerichtet).
- man emerge
- da drin nach license gesucht
- verweist mich weiter nach man portage (mit dem Stichwort package.license)
- man portage
- darin nach license gesucht
- darin gefunden:

package.license
	This will allow ACCEPT_LICENSE to be augmented for a single package.

Format:
	- comment lines begin with # (no inline comments)
	- one DEPEND atom per line followed by additional licenses or groups

Erstelle also eine Datei /etc/portage/package.license und, nachdem Du die 
Lizenzdatei gelesen hast ;-) - füge genannter Datei folgende Zeile hinzu:

app-emulation/virtualbox-bin PUEL

Pferdsch.
