11 Since these are showing the -D arguments being passed to the full path,
12 /usr/sbin/apache2, maybe you can try running,

14 # /usr/sbin/apache2 -M

16 instead of just "apache2 -M"? Kind of a long shot, but I can't see
17 anything else wrong.
