5 Not to be pedantic, but it's '0 1' for the / partition :-)

7 Others have referred you to the man pages that describe these
8 settings, but what isn't obvious is that these are for ext2/3
9 filesystems only. Field 5 is used by dump/restore which only
10 works on ext2/3.

12 If you use reiserfs, these fields must be '0 0' as reiser can do
13 the right thing at mount time by itself.
14 The same goes for all other filesystems (cdroms, tmpfs, udev,
