If I saw well, then the file had been downloaded before you tried to |

emerge (at least the + signs in wget output means it to me). Maybe the |

permissions on the downloaded file isn't correct. If nothing else helps I |

would try to emerge --sync, mv the file to somewhere and retry the |
| 31 |
emerge. |
