So the lv3 stuff works something like this: |

alt+; then letter gives right accented letter |

alt+[ then letter gives umlauted letter |

alt+' then letter gives hatted letter |

There's a different set called compose rather than lv3 that will give |

you "composed" things, compose+letter then ' gives accented letter, etc. |

It's sort of a more logical model. Look in |
