The right way would be to make sure you have the hal |

use flag set (and do an `emerge -ND world` if you just |

set it) then add yourself to the plugdev group. Now if |

you open media:/ in Konqueror you will see the new |

device when you plug it in and be able to just click |
| 14 |
on it to mount & open. For easier access there is also |

"Media Applet" for Kicker. |
