16 Are you perhaps booting a 32-bit kernel? A 32 bit kernel is not going to
17 see all 16GB of RAM, only what fits in its 32-bit address space. You need a
18 64-bit kernel (or a 32-bit kernel with Physical Address Extensions enabled)
