47 I don't think that this have to do anything with kde, because of this
48 error occurs during compiling xorg-server and kde is just a bundle of
49 apps running on X.

51 Actually I didn't do `emerge -e xorg-x11` or even `emerge -e world`,
52 when I had problems to upgrade xorg. Instead of, I redirect the output
53 of `emerge -ep xorg-x11` into a temporary file, and re-emerged only the
54 x-related packages from this file. This would safe a lot of time.
