Hi,
I have a printer attached to a machine at a remote location. The
user says he cannot print. He used to be able to. When I run firefox
though a tunnel and look in CUPS it says the printer is online but any
job, including printing a test page, immediately shows up as 'stopped'
in the print queue.

I've tried running usbview and I see the printer but it's shown in
red text. It says:

USB 2.0 MFP (High-Speed)

Does anyone know why usbview would show this in red? It looks sort
of like this example:

Might this mean that it doesn't have a driver or something like that?

Thanks in advance,
Mark
