This happens when upstream changes the package without bumping the |

filename. If you have the package in $DISTDIR from the last time you |

emerged it, you'll get an error. Portage won't try to download the file |

from elsewhere because you already have it. Delete the copy you have |

and it should download and emerge correctly next time. |
