You shouldn't need the old kde USE flag anymore. Remove it from any of your |

packages in /etc/portage/, and your make.conf, unless you have a specific |

reason for wanting it there. Enable USE="plasma" instead for optional KDE |

plasma addons. |

If you have mixed stable and testing arch, then it'll take some digging or |

patience to get your problem resolved. On a stable system here, |

pulseaudio-11.1-r1 installs without conflicts and works. |
