I've emerge "phpmyadmin-4.7.8" with "setup" and try to run run
configuration from from a web-browser:
http://localhost//phpmyadmin/setup/

but it complained it couldn't find any web-server.
So I rename the: config.sample.inc.php to: config.inc.php
It found my server but same effect:
When I try to open a table to edit data inside I get an empty screen.
