9 that is normal. If you use Xgl, direct rendering does not work - and indirect
10 rendering is dead slow.

12 One workaround, start a second X:
13 xinit -e xterm -- :1&

15 there you can start any game you want - it won't be slower and you can switch
16 between the xgl -desktop and the game.
