that is normal. If you use Xgl, direct rendering does not work - and indirect |

rendering is dead slow. |

One workaround, start a second X: |

xinit -e xterm -- :1& |

there you can start any game you want - it won't be slower and you can switch |

between the xgl -desktop and the game. |
