16 If you or the crowd you work for can legitimately qualify as a business
17 customer, you experience a whole different world to the plebs who buy
18 thrugh the consume site.

20 Suddenly all the options you could not have before become available,
21 like swapping out hardware for something different. It's actually not a
22 problem for Dell to do this as so many of their products are highly
23 customized and they use that fancy JIT manufacturing process-thingy.

25 I've never found removing Windows from the order to be a problem; ask,
26 and of course they can accomodate my specific needs..... But, sales of
27 1000+ laptops a year nd a dedicated sales person just for us might have
28 had something to do with that :-)
