10 udev rules get installed to /lib/udev/rules.d, not /lib64/udev/rules.d.

12 Most Gentoo systems have a symlink at /lib pointing at /lib64, but
13 equery does not look at this. It only looks at the contents of
14 /var/db/pkg/*/*/CONTENTS, which would contain lib instead of lib64.
