Was following the recent thread 'Re: udev: lost dvd' and I'm encouraged that it should be doable for me to backup to DVD, even some dual layer disks. |

|

So, does anyone have a good suggestion for making some backups to DVD? |
4 |
|
5 |
I guess my concern is, will I have to create an image and then burn it? |

And then, if anyone has suggestions about fixing the partitioning, I'd be really and truly grateful. |

My machine boots to hdb as per the bios, where LILO give an option to boot to hda/windoze. I resized the NTFS filesystem, but haven't fixed the partition. (I think I need my hand held to do it right... I don't _really_ care if it goes bye-bye - except in the rare case I might need it, I don't want to recreate it either.) |
