Well I took a quick glance at this document.

It does not discuss or show how to use DNS or more specifically
MX records. As such setting up email, specific
to a Domain Name(s), seems to be missing a fundamental
discussion, methinks.

Getting service or bandwidth suppliers to cooperate with
your DNS needs is problematic, at best, in my experience.
