1 Sorry for taking so long to reply. The thing is that revdep-rebuild
2 attempted to re emerge gcc, which failed. However, i was able to fix this by
3 emerging manually libstdc++ (which i guess its a completely different
4 issue), after that, revdep-rebuild worked.
5 After the revdep-rebuild finished (took quite long cause it pulled in a
6 lot ebuilds) apache was working again (no libpq.so.4 not found error no
7 more)

10 before posting a message here (if its another case of missing libraries of
11 course)
