21 While I agree with the sentiment expressed, in our fighting, we may be
22 running off many valuable users -- My own first experience with a Linux
23 community list (not this one) when I was first beginning linux nearly
24 soured me on the entire concept of open source software. The major
25 complaints? Top posting -- I posted a simple question to the list of
26 major distro, and received in reply no less than 7 flames before I
27 received one civil answer. We as linux users need to be careful of how
28 we present ourselves to the greater community of computers, or we risk
29 being marginalized as wild eyed radicals.
