While I agree with the sentiment expressed, in our fighting, we may be |

running off many valuable users -- My own first experience with a Linux |

community list (not this one) when I was first beginning linux nearly |
24 |
soured me on the entire concept of open source software. The major |
25 |
complaints? Top posting -- I posted a simple question to the list of |
26 |
major distro, and received in reply no less than 7 flames before I |
27 |
received one civil answer. We as linux users need to be careful of how |
28 |
we present ourselves to the greater community of computers, or we risk |
29 |
being marginalized as wild eyed radicals. |
