10 Don't you mean "accept temporarily that you can't upgrade docutils"? It
11 reads to me there's no need to downgrade because the upgrade has been
12 skipped.

14 The other point is, does the OP want both docutils and sphinx in their
15 world set? Because if docutils is not in the world set, why is emerge
16 trying to update it? If the OP is not using docutils directly, only via
17 sphinx, surely removing it from the world set will make this conflict go
18 away?
