97 I highlight the body part and try to leave out the top, bottom and
98 sides.  I call it the useless fluff.  It ends up looking like the
99 attached file. I end up deleting the social icons and such by hand in
100 LOo.  Of course that part works fine when it is working.  It's the
101 pasting part that causes problems.  I explain in pretty good detail how
102 I do it above.  Should be easy enough to reproduce.

104 The solution from Michael to save the page locally then copy from that
105 works. You are correct that they are always tweaking something seemingly
106 even when something works fine.  I dunno.
