40 That should get you a manual. That should help a bit anyway.

42 Does it beep? If so, is it the normal beep or a error code beep? If
43 error code, then check to see if it sheds light on the problem. I would
44 also unplug, give the connectors a good looking over then plug it back
45 up. I'd do that for everything I could.

47 It may also help to reset the BIOS too. There should be a jumper pretty
48 close to the battery or just remove the battery for a little while,
49 overnight maybe. It could be that it has some garbage or something in
50 it from sitting on a shelf, shipping jiggle etc etc.

52 The only other thing I can think of, does the BIOS version support that
53 CPU? I have always wondered what would happen if you put a CPU on a
54 mobo that the BIOS doesn't support but would with a newer BIOS. I
55 *think* the BIOS version is on the box with the serial number and such.
