10 I'd consider handling that at the MTA level. In Postfix you would use
11 header_check to build rules like that. There is also the added benefit
12 of being able to REJECT the mail before it enters your system rather
13 than accepting the mail, sending to spamassassin, attempting to bounce
14 mail, etc.
