14 My guess is that your keyboard is crap. Easy way to find out is to plug in
15 a usb keyboard and see if it works. I have a similar problem with an acer
16 netbook.

18 Also check if there's a firmware update for your laptop. I remember when
19 I was researching it that they released a firmware update that fixed the
20 problem for another model that had the same problem (because the other
21 model was advertised as a gaming laptop).
