13 Unless you have a NVMe motherboard and disk (which are quite new and you
14 would likely know about it), leave it off as it wont/cant be used.

16 Most SSDs are AHCI, so make sure the kernel is configured for that and
17 controller is using that in the MB settings, otherwise you will be use an
18 older, slower interface.
