13 -U was "upgrade-only"... I think it meant it would not downgrade a
14 package (even if a downgrade were required). My guess is that it was
15 removed because it broke stuff lol. I never understood why it would be
16 used anyway. It's not usual that something needs to be downgraded and
17 when it is it's usually for good reason.
