18 Well, I was hoping someone that knows more about udev would post
19 something. This is what I would check into. Did you upgrade udev
20 recently? If so, try downgrading and rebooting. If that doesn't help,
21 I would delete the udev rules and reboot. They should be in
22 /etc/udev/rules.d/.

24 If neither of those helps, maybe try a newer version that is not
25 supposed to be stable. I am using the same version of udev you are but
26 I don't use lvm so I can't say that it works, just that it works for me
27 without lvm.
