The biggest issue I found with my laptop was caused by IRQ sharing |

conflicts. Poke around in your BIOS and see if you can manually |

set IRQ's. |

Do you have a PCMCIA nic? If so, try disabling your internal wireless |

and using the PCMCIA nic and see if that helps. |
