15 4.14 is the LTS (long term support) kernel, thus that will have stable
16 keywords only.
17 4.16 is EOL (end of life) and doesn't receive fixes anymore, so it was
18 removed from the main tree.
19 4.17 is the new non-LTS series that still receives updates, so you
20 probably want to upgrade to that, if you don't want to downgrade (or
21 can't due to suboptimal Ryzen support there). In that case you want to
22 upgrade to new series in a timely manner until at least a new LTS
23 appears - then you could stick to that one instead (stable versions).
