19 I've been using -r6 with KDE since Oct 5, without any crashing like
20 you describe.

23 gcc4 patches that broke wine. Unfortunately though the only versions
24 in portage are 6.8.2-r4, -r6, 6.8.99.15-r4, and 7.0.0_rc1, and two of
25 those are hard masked. So if you want something earlier, you will
26 have to build it yourself.
