| 4 | It amazes me that these people are able to subscribe in the first place, and then I'm amazed again when they have such difficulty doing the exact same thing to unsubscribe. It's like hopping in a car and driving without knowing how to go in reverse, and then screaming for help to everyone on the road when they need to backup. |
