9 Yeah, I was half joking. The point was that not filing a bug because
10 you don't know what the problem is is akin having the check engine light
11 on your car go on but not taking it in to service because you don't know
12 why the check engine light is on.

14 As far as diagnostics. You can provide additional information, if they
15 ask you and tell you how (the same way you would if you were taking your
16 car in).

18 There's really no reason *not* to report something that you know is
19 wrong, in my opinion anyway. Even if it's not enough information to fix
20 it, at least other people are aware that there is a problem.
