It turned out to be a bug in the ebuild scripts. If you re-sync |

now all should be well. What impressed me was that Gentoo devs |
| 21 |
had confirmed, generalised and fixed it, all within 40 minutes |
| 22 |
of it being reported. Not bad eh? :-/ |
