downgraded neon 0.26.1 to 0.24.7 . |

the next 'emerge -p world' leads to updating neon again and so on. |

emerge -uptD world shows that rapidsvn-0.9.0-r1 is the reason for the |

downgrade, whereas gnome-vfs-2.14.2 is the reason for the upgrade. |
