11 About the third, hopefully it won't be needed again :) After a post that
12 quoted the correct bug report but then the wrong "solution" I couldn't
13 help myself.

15 Ironically, I rebooted a headless server yesterday, one on which I'd
16 updated LVM about a week ago and not changed the config. The box has a
17 separate /usr on LVM and no initramfs (still on old udev) so nothing
18 worked after a reboot, especially SSH :(
