8 If it was a switch problem, it should not be specific to some
9 addresses. Have you contacted your ISP? You may have to get past the
10 first level of support to get someone that knows something, but they
11 may be able to do some ping/traceroute tests from their end to see
12 what the problem with the IP address is.

14 The other option is to get a second PCMCIA card, and swap them when
15 you have trouble. Since the second card would have a different MAC,
16 it would get a different address.
