OK, xorg elog (I think) mentioned that you should copy the |

/usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/10osvendor/10-x11-input.fdi into |

/etc/hal/fdi/policy/ and customize it to your needs. Otherwise, knock up a |

basic /etc/xorg.conf to get your Xorg going. I think that in all likelihood |

this is the cause of your problem. |

There's been a couple of threads in the last 3-4 months in this list |
